Product Manager - Partner Search
KEY Responsibilities:
Develop product strategy and roadmap to meet company objectives
Significant Profit/Loss (P&L) Responsibility
Work very closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of product Requirements
Plan and lead successful product launches
Build business plans for online products that include opportunity assessment, positioning strategy, financial analysis, and required tactical plans to support successful adoption
Work closely with training team and support selling activities, including development of sales tools and collateral
Spend substantial amount of time with sales people to ensure they clearly understand the features and Benefits of your products and how to successfully sell them.
Conduct market tests to develop and refine potential solution(s)

Proven track record of success defining and launching profitable products
Deliver metrics, competitive and market analysis on an ongoing basis.
Must be metric focused
Strategic Thinker
High level of product ownership and accountability
Passion for delivering the most meaningful and useful products to Advertisers
Ability to collaborate effectively at all management levels, up to CEO.
Ability to implement design feedback successfully and handle directional changes well
You must think as if you are the CEO, COO and CFO when it comes to your product offerings.
Must have a "can-do" attitude and be flexible in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Must be an intelligent individual with an excellent work ethic, exceptional judgment, and unquestionable integrity
Hands on, high energy, and highly responsive
Requirements: 3 -- 5 years product management or related experience.
- Play an integral role in driving the success of Client Satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of the online advertising industry, Internet advertising programs and e-commerce; specifically with behavioral search and website design.
- Strong marketing, partner management, and project management skills, with an emphasis on user intent and query intelligence for advertiser delivery.
- Experience utilizing user stories, logic rules, hierarchical relationships, if-then scenario analysis, scorecard methodologies, and establishing business requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Aggressive attitude with the flexibility to change course as the situation dictates.
- Bachelor's Degree
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a search, content, or partner management role.
- Previous experience working with online publication entities (i.e. search engine or vertical sites), methods of publication, and their various models.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and toolsets.
- Familiarity with technical design documentation.
- Familiarity with industry tracking methodologies for both activity based advertising programs and non-activity based.
