In this role you'll be responsible for:-Management of team account assignments and leads-Monitoring and enforcement of sales policies and procedures-Superior Customer service-On-going coaching and individual performance for successful achievement of goals-Meet and exceed revenue and strategic product growth goals-Meet all publishing deadlines, ensure quality of work, develop, coach and train our Telephone Media Consultants-Additional responsibilities include assignment preparation, recruiting, call observations, calls to business customers and sales forecasting
Requirements

Requirements: :

Minimum 5 years experience in a direct sales environmentMinimum 3-5 years experience in direct supervision within a sales organization. Successful sales and management experience.
